WiFi is enabled. I used to turn it all off, but it didn't make enough of a difference, so now I leave it all on and charge daily or en route.
I have a mate who had his on wall charger every night for the last 2 years and it still seems fine.
An option is the extra battery. Makes it a bit heavier which some like and some don't.
