Comments:
Simplicity.
Replaced the slow but torquey Ino-Lab 202mg's with MKS DS470 - rated at 0.9sec @ 4.8v and 32.9 oz*in. These have allowed me to run a higher cyclic gain of 60 with Hiller Gain =40/40 and Damping Gain = 20/16. The heli is noticiably more locked on, and snappier (not twitchy at all). Now the bad - I haven't opened one of these yet, so I'm curious what the darn hump is for. Anyhow, it got in the way of the ball link for the center servo. I had to make standoffs from aluminum tubing to bring the servo out, and center the servo arm with respect to the swashplate anti-rotation bracket. In addition, the canopy had to be cut to accept this awkard installation.

Wobbly Cyclic?
1. Check your mixer arm bearings for play. If you can manually move the swash back and forth more than 3 degrees, it's time to replace the bearings. This play will introduce a variation in your phasing.

On the Gaui each mixer arm has two bearings. In addition, there is a small outer diameter brass washer loosely sandwiched between the two bearings. This is used as a tool to push out the bearings. A light tap will dislocate the washer exposing a surface you can push against with a small diameter and stiff driver ( control link, push rod, CF rod...etc...)

The diameter of the bearings are all the same, Here are the specs and ordering info from BocaBearings.com
