We do have an event in the spring...The Phoenix Heli Fun Fly...I should know dates pretty soon.

Maybe some year I'll make it. It's just a really long drive and by autumn, my paid time off from work is usually pretty well depleted. I kinda wish it happened in the spring.

Well the 2017 Southwest Heli Rodeo is in the books. Cant thank the club members enough for their help JerbearandLeslie Turner and Shane Aquainas for the help all weekend!
Secondly I wanna thank all the Pros who came to hang out with us. Alex RC, A.J. Jaffe Ben Storick, Bert Kammerer, Donnie Petsche, Jamie Robertson, Jesse Kavros, Joel Rickertsen, Kyle Stacy, Mitch Marozas, Neal Kapaloric, Nick Maxwell
And lastly, it couldn't be done without the support of all the pilots who came out and joined us for the fun! We hit 70 Pilots this year!

WOW! what a great time , i want to thank JC and his club for having one of the best fun flys , we had the best pilots there , good food , great raffle , weather couldnt have been better , last i heard 70 pilots signed up , and nothing but fun , last night we flew till 3:00 am , light towers and spotlights , and like everyone said as they were leaving , "ill be back next year" the only complaint was everyone wished it could be longer ....
