I wasn't sure where to post this call for help. I ordered a trex 250 from modefosheli.com. I received my trex about one week later but it didn't come with the free lipos that was part of the special. Its now almost been 2 weeks sense I received the 250 and I have been sending at least one email to him a day trying to find out what the deal is with the lipos and no response yet. I have called and left messages daily with no response. What else can I do. I have emailed him from my personal email account and through his web-page and nothing. I only have the one phone number from his sight. Whats my next step. I cant really return it I have already put it together, 2ed how can I return something if I can get ahold of him. It was payed for through pay-pal. Can they do anything?

You should file a complaint with PayPal, and make them aware of the situation. They will contact seller with the complaint, and take the steps to correct the situation. I believe that they can refund money, and it will come straight from his PayPal account. If the batteries do not arrive you should try to get some funds back. They might have been free, but technically since they were part of the package you did pay for them. Also thanks for making the rest of us aware of this problem with this seller. It may save someone else some problems in the future.

I have had a couple of back order issues with them, but the communications I have had from them have been pretty quick. Normally takes them a few hours but I have always gotten a response. Hope it works out for you.

After all the BS with trying to get ahold of Wes I found out a way to do so. Some one told me to make a grevence with paypal, and what do you know within one hour of doing so I got my first email from Wes after 3 weeks of trying through mail and the phone it only took 2 min to make a grevence and I got taken care of within that same day.

You could also call him. Email is very unreliable at best these days with all the spam and malicious content and with the filters are on high alert.

Glad to hear you got it sorted. Wes is a good guy.
