A few months down the road since you posted. I have the same problem. However mine was purchased long ago and has experienced repeated poundings, crashes, overloads and and and..
Over time, I've pulled out many long hairs and bits of string, burned out a motor, damaged the frame which then needed to be replaced, and low and behold now it wont fly. It just bounces a couple of inches off the ground and that's about it. The props sometimes need to be "kick started".

What do I suspect? Weak batteries or something on the mainboard thats pooched.

No idea whats going on. but its painful as I would really enjoy pestering the cat and the dogs and the wife. LoL! y'know?

Time to find a replacement. Horizon lists this machine as discontinued. That kinda blows as it was a lot of fun on rainy Sundays indoors. And I mean A LOT of fun.

I agree with circleH.
I have some spares for my nano QX 3D which I am having great fun flying in my front yard in calm conditions at daybreak but eventually I shall be looking for a replacement. Looks like this type of lightweight multirotor has gone out of fashion with no obvious replacement available.
Any ideas anyone?
