Guys how many flights before do you guys get in before having to chang your servos? How do you know it's time to change the servos.
I have 339 flights on the servos in my T-rex 600N and had a weird thing happen this Saturday, where the elevator servo seemed to jump...

Don't know which servos you are using but I would first check the gears and if they are good try and isolate the servo for a fault. It could be some other component is spiking the supply line, what is the tail servo?

The cyclic servos are ACE DS1313 and the tail servo is Futaba 9256 with GY 611.

So does that happen now every time you switch her on or was it a glitch type of thing. Are you on 2.4Ghz.

If you have a servo that is consistently "jumping" "twitching" or "glitching" replace that servo most likely the servo pot. If it still does it, it could be a a bad solder joint on a connector pin in the receiver.

It did it three during my last flight, didn't want to try to refly because I was afraid of crashing. What do I do now?

Since you are already psychologically prepared for it, buy a spare servo, replace it with the suspected item and try a few hovers. If you think more then one are bad then it is time to replace. It all depends on confidence and budget really.

Only the one was jumping, I will get another one and try changing it to see what happens.

now that i was making some adjustements to my rexy i noticed that when my servos are in the center position (90 degrees) they seem to move a little, not much im talking about almost imperceptible, but you can see it !!

its that normal ?

yes that is normal with digital servos, thats why you hear the buzzing sounds coming from them.

It is normally associated with the servo constantly hunting for the center but if it gets excessive that may mean the pots are getting worn.

they doesnt move that much !! so i think it is for the center thing..thanks bro, thats what i tought...i wanted to be sure

Well I think I found my problem. Before removing my servo I unattached all the wiring and noticed I had a extension and it was loose...do you guys think this could be my problem?

I recommend using electrical tape on the connection to keep it tight. You'll want to test, test hover, etc. Better safe than sorry, but that could very well be your issue.
