Default anti-rotation pin sheared out in flight.

Yesterday, while JustPlaneChris was flying my Logo 500 the anti-rotation pin seems to have pulled out of the swash, causing a crash. What's interesting is that there are no traces of the aluminium threads from the swash on the pin, and the blue threadlock had good coverage and appears intact.

We're pretty sure that the pin was the cause of the crash and not the other way around, because Chris lost elevator control in flight.

I'm not really sure how it happened, so I thought it might be a good idea to mention it here.

Mikado needs to put an allen head on that pin so you can tighten it properly.

Yeah, me too.

I stripped it tonight and there's not a whole heap of damage. I've been trying to figure out from the exploded drawings in the manual which part numbers the rods are for the links from the servos to the swash (no part number that I can find) and the swash to the blades (the manual indicates 60mm or 65mm). Can anyone confirm which parts I need for these?
