Default Broken one-way sleeve?

After a hard landing, the main rotor doesn't follow the rotation of the main gear : when the main gear rotates (clockwise) the blades spin slower and if i block them they stop. Is this a classic symptom of broken one-way sleeve? or any other idea?

From what you said, one way that could happen is if the bolt that secures the main gear to main shaft got sheared. The one way sleave usually does get damaged, so yes, it could be that is damaged as well. I would just take it all apart to see what's going on.

Another possibility is your one way bearing is shot.

Thanks Akshaw,
i was hoping to save me the trouble taking everything apart, but finally i did. Yes it was the one-way sleeve - it broke in two pieces.

That's why those things are almost always sold out.
