Alot of us cruise this part of the forum to check if there are any new pilots in our area so that we can welcome them and offer help. Its very hard to do that if we dont know where youre from so please add your location in the title so that we can find you.

STICKY!

Yes every MN fellow I see (there aren't very many) I help, email, and often end up meeting at the field etc.

Add yourself to the HF Locator. Nothing says you have to put the pin where your dwelling is, but as long as it's in the right vicinity, it'll be of help.

Hello all ! I am a newbie to Helo's but HAVE fixed wing exp .. My helo project
is a Axe 400 3D (pos) I bought it because it was cheap and have regretted it ever since....Long story but I taught myself programming the radio and the helo setup with so so results .. I am using a Futaba T10cag transmitter with the axe 400 . I
am also training sim with realflight G5. I am on a learning curve programming the radio and also learning to fly ! I have detuned the Helo pitch and throttle curves..
To make it less twitchy..Also changed out the gyro because lost tail control...
Anyhow just saying hello....

Hey Guys and Gals if your out there

Me (Erik), started last year again after oh 22 year absence, first heli was a GMP Cobra with a Pro Head (does anyone remember them, If not then I'm getting old)
So I'm from AZ before taking a job in Ulm.
What I fly, started back with a Walkera U-Fly, and added a Trex 250 to the mix, both I fly up in the attic where I live, makes practicing real easy.
Just finished up a Trex 450, which had a serious tail wag problem, which I figured out, I'll post that one in the right place.
I know a little, but always willing to help.

Erik

Hello all I am a new hobbist that has decided to break into this hobby by purchasing a Blade 450 3D RTF. Wow I may be in over my head but I will work my way through as I didnt want to start small and keep spending money on different heli's that I would out grow so I stepped up and got what I consider a big boy. I have already rolled it and caused damage but I will learn by rebuilding and I have learned alot from reading in your forums that is what made me decide to join. I am looking forward to learning and contributing as much as possible. That is after I learn it all or at least some of it.
