Default My thoughts and other things about brushless convertion and using sr120 tail motor

Ok here goes. I really think the brushless convertion and using the sr120 tail motor is a great mod (with extended tail boom).

As far a flight time in hard 3d you will get around 3mins 10secs this is using the stock battery. As far as sports flying around loops, rolls, inverts etc you will get 4mins & 50secs remember this is on the stock battery.

As far as moves this thing is sweet it now can do tic tocs tail down and tic tocs nose down with no problem tail does not blow out. It is great in doing tail slides. It also holds in bac loops and front loops tail does not blow out. Punch outs are sweet also.It has the power now.

The weight is 56 grams with brushless mod and sr120 tail motor with battery (without battery) 50 grams. Versions stock weighing in at 46 grams with battery and without battery 40 grams. But with the extra wieght the brushless system doesn't care about wieght it will carry it.

I know I have post this video in an earlier post I am posting it here for the helifreakers that haven't seen it fly.

Thank you for listening and your support.
Have a blessed week.

Right now my skills don't warrant the mods. When I can out fly the stock heli I will think about the mods....... I got a really long way to go.
