Default New UFLY and I can't control it

I just got a Walkera Ufly and I can not control it for anything. I have been flying a CB180Q for a while now and wanted to step up. I have the WK-2402 transmitter and use it for both. I figured out how to change the rev/norm settings for the UFLY and they all control the chopper properly. I power the chopper up and trim it out and as soon as I start to lift off it begins to spin and go sideways and doesn't seem to respond to the controller. Is there something that I need to do to the controller and the setting that I haven't done already. I'm using stick 2.

Is spinning clockwise? Check for tail servo binding, also make sure the tail pinion gear is not stripped or loose against the main gear.
Also make sure the adj/wk switch on your RX2435 receiver is set to wk.
It will drift left on takeoff due to tail rotor efficiency, that can be compensated for with a little right cyclic and practice.

Is the AUX setting on or off on your transmitter? If it is on it will take a lot of stick to get response from the 'copter.

I actually never really took notice as to which way it was spinning. I can start to get it off the ground, but then it starts to drift and I can't get it back under control. When I land it, it begins to spin. I have noticed that while holding it and spooling it up to check the servos the tail rotor servo makes a clicking noise at full throttle in when turned to either the left or right ( heli not near me to check). All I want to do is get it off the ground and hover in one place like I can with my cb180q and cb180d. I know how to fly them but this one is giving me issues. The gears look find and nothing is binding. The controller I have is the WK-2402.

Sounds like a bad gear in the servo.
