Default Erazor 450 won't. Start with Futaba 8fg

Hey guys,
I've replaced the original radio with the Futaba 8fg after getting some objectionable behavior due the poor radio system. I managed to setup the radio correctly (all servos move as the are supposed to) but the engine won't start. I did programm the throttle cut switch and throttle hold but non of them was on.
Any idea what could be the problem?

Reverse the throttle on your Futaba. Then you'll be able to train ESC to stick throw and setup - if it's programmable.

ESC connector plugged in wrong way. If no retest ESC with original radio.
