Default Bantam B6 cell 2 not chargeing

Hi all
My b6 charger has been working great lately, but then last night after flying i tried to charge my 3s 2280 40c lipo but i kept on cutting out saying cell 2 is showing 0.00 vol error. tried another know working lipo and still the same.

Have metered the lipo balance lead and all voltages correct 3.9v cell 1, 7.78v cell 2
and 11.66v cell 3, have removed the covers and pcb and gone over poor looking soldered joints, the balance board terminal which is soldered to the main PCB bells out to the main terminals on the main board

Is there any thing i have missed or can check, or is it just time for the bin.
