There are a number of Flight controller boards for multirotors that will do most of what you see in the video starting at around $50.00 if you want to order it from China.another good forum is this one is all about multirotors

Thanks everyone for the info, you guys have been very helpful! After hours and hours of reading I ended up buying a MikroKopter L4-ME quad kit. It just arrived and now I have to solder it all together and make it work. As a package deal they had exactly what I was looking for; a solid platform all from one place and with good support and plenty of features. Most importantly I have not read one bad thing about the MikroKopter controllers and everyone I've talked to was very happy with theirs. There's 100 ways to skin a cat and I've seen some other super sweet quads by other companies too, but this one just fit my present want/need.

This leaves me with a very nice TREX 450 Sport with HeliCommand 3D installed, all HiTec servos (HS5065MG cyclic, HSG-5084MG tail), GP780 gyro, carrying case, 3 batteries, tons of new Align spare parts, etc.. that I no longer have a need for. I'll post it for sale if I can pull myself away from my new toy long enough to take pictures, but if anyone is interested let me know.
