I got mine over the weekend through the post office. Took about 16 days from payment to delivery. I'm overall happy with the product and service, luckily they included grommets as they promised.

Thanks! But I can't take credit for it. I saw a member on HF who had it first (can't remember who). The pic really doesn't do any justice, the colors really pop.

Well, my two canopies arrived today. I got Red Racing and Infinite Fire.

I asked that canopy grommets be included. They were installed in the canopies and they gave me another 8 in the box (two packages of 4 each).

The Red Racing had the Blade 450X on it - the Infinite Fire had the Blade 450EX on it. Guess they didn't quite get it that I wanted both as 450X. No biggie.

Very nice canopies and the customer service was great. The ordering process is just a bit cumbersome as you have to do everything by email.

These canopies really make the bird pop in the air. Just hope they survive the inevitable crashes.

I got mine from "electrifiedhobbies" on eBay. $69 + $15 shipping. It does seem sturdy. I just got it the other day, so I've not even had it out to the field yet. I mainly got it so I could pack the heli in the back of the RV and not worry about it getting crunched.

Luckily I was able to buy it off craiglist for $20, I believe it was made for a trex 450, I had to cut the foam a bit so the tailcase would fit right. Other than that I love it (I also got one for my trex 250).

Hey gixster, you were the first one I saw with the "future" paint scheme. Great taste! When I saw your pics I just had to have it!

Finally got my order in. Looks great in Infinite Fire, makes me wish I had ordered a couple more.

I really like the look with the orange KBDD blades...just need to make sure this set doesn't decide to go on their own unscheduled flightpath like the last ones did yesterday.

Need to take a better pic though. It's hard to tell from this photo, but the blades and tail fins match very well.

Tons of retailers stock them on Ebay, which is were I got mine. I would recommend the 61mm blades, as they have a much stronger blade root. I had a failure with one blade on the 59mm blades yesterday, and crashed out of an inverted hover.

I hadn't gotten my Fusuno canopy at the time, but if I had come down on it the first day I'd have been pretty upset. The stock red plastic canopy got away with just a dent that I popped back out, but I suspect the fiberglass of the Fusuno would not have escaped so luckily.

Left blade is the 59mm (KBDD part #4009) that failed, blade on the right is the 61mm (KBDD part #4019). I am running the Next D -8 (rebadged scorpion 2221-8) on a 90-85-80-85-90 IU1 TC, so they really shouldn't have failed. They were not excessively loose or floppy in the grips either.

I really like the canopy, was just a a funfly a couple weeks ago and had alot of great comments on it
there was a synergy e7 there that had a stock synergy canopy that was almost the same , looked like like it had a baby with mine next to it lol. The colors in person look alot closer than in the picture

On the blades i have used the KBDD's and were great, my lhs carries them.
When i ordered the fusuno canopy i ordered the green fins and a couple sets of the green tail blades at the same time, so iam using fusuno blades now. The fusuno's are 62mm

Noob question: I see DFC head basically differs since it does not have follower arms... is that the advantage? And what does DFC mean?

Thats funny you mentioned that, I ordered a set of 62mm green blades when I ordered my canopy too. Wierd thing I never added any tail blades to my order, but I bought them anyway. I was hoping to get a set of neon orange tail blades, anyone wanna trade?
