It sounds like maybe it's the wrong feathering shaft. There have been some other people post on here that they got the wrong one and when they tighten everything down, the blade grips don't move freely.

[QUOTE=Blackanthem;4241420]Arrived today!

Congrats!

To R3L72,

Sounds like you may be missing some shims somewhere, or something could be up with the thrust bearings. Either way, those screws should be tight, and loctited! Take an evening, print out the parts diagram from the manual on the biggest piece of paper you can (we have 11/17 printers at work), and rebuild the head off the helicopter. Just take your time and I'm sure you'll find what's wrong...If you have anymore issues, start a new thread or PM me though, I (and others) will be happy to help. Let's not continue the discussion in here, "the pic thread".

Default Blades at the park

The best time to fly is in the morning when the park is mostly deserted.

With the TM1000 Telemetry module installed. Underneath is a DIY LED lightning system which I find helpful when flying at dusk. The 2 high brightness LEDs are powered by an independent 1S 150 mah LIPO.

Hi Nicky, wanted to PM you but it's not allowed, you probably blocked it.

Just opened a thread on a topic where you probably have some answers for me:
https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?p=4256420

Thanks in advance to you or whoever else will help.

Got a Synergy E7 yesterday so I took a shot of it with my 6HV and 450X. One happy little helicopter family...

Very cool! I've got them working on a start from the beginning one for me. I can't wait to get it on the beast.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but why does everyone put "450 EX" instead of "450X"?

That's the designation that Fusuno put on that canopy. It has a little more room for battery's.

If you take a look on page 23 of this thread you can see a couple of different designs that have only the "X". You have to request the different style, Fusuno will put "EX" by default on the canopy since it's their own canopy design.
