How detailed does the Fusuno website require one to be when ordering custom paint and design? Did you have to reference a paint scheme already made, upload a picture...curious?

That scheme is more or less a copy of an Align design. I sent them a picture and described the differences I wanted. Very easy.

Flying last night...had a guy at the field take a close in shot. Unfortunately, he only had a camera phone so he didn't even attempt to take anything to far away. The last pic was what the heli looked like at the end of the night. One more pack....

No, not too bad. The usual blades, spindle, main shaft, pitch links, landing gear. Only thing that bugs me is I went down on gravel. So what you can't see in the pic is that my canopy is no longer pretty. oh well, it was only a matter of time.

That's nice flying and all, but seriously dude...you shouldn't be flying there. You can do some serious harm with that thing. I don't care how good you are, mistakes and malfunctions happen. That was a small kid in the area, and you were basically showing off. Let's see where you're showing off gets you when you hurt somebody. I know I sound harsh, but the truth hurts sometimes.

I dyed some parts today with Rit dye. I really like how the tail parts came out but for some reason the skids didn't work well at all. I think they may have had some oil on them or something because the dye didn't soak in well at all. I'll have to grab another set of skids and try again overall though I'm happy with it. Now all I have to do is get a canopy that isn't so clashy.
