Talking Cheesy Canopy

This is the first airbrush trial from my friend Torsten - I will call his Logo in the future 'Cheesy' For the first try I think it is not too bad...

Peter

Logo 5003D with Hacker 40-10L 8 pole motor and Rotortech 515 blades - fun to fly - good step up from TREX 450. Simple canopy paint - not up to fancy airbrushing - definite fave heli to fly at the moment - others gathering dust. Computer graphics card heatsink thermal epoxied onto Jazz 55-10-32. FP 4900 6S pack won't clear the pinion but there is room in front of it - I use 2 strips of Velcro on the base and the loops to make sure it doesn't move backwards !!

Well only the flybar one is dialed in, but the rest are maidened and ready for warm weather to begin the Vstabi learning and tweaking process. Each Vstabi heli flies "ok" but Ihave alot of work to do on them in that respect. Still have to paint the one and fins obviously and have a flybar 600 yet to build then my 2008 fleet will officially be complete! I guess the one thing about being in the deep freezer right now is I can spend lots of time building and taking my time to do a good job.

Man...this thing is...THE best heli I've ever flown, hands down. Gobbs and gobbs of power

After about 10 flights, I've pretty much got it dialed in the way I want it!
