Default tic-toc issue and vbar

hi there,
i had full blue vbar installed on a trex 600 esp and it was finally flying fine. tic-tocs were very precise and the tail wasn't drifting to any side.
i moved the unit to a trex 550 (with a 600 tail) and assumed most of the settings for trex 600 would work fine on the 550.
to my surprise, tic-tocs are impossible to perform.
as i flip the heli to start tic-tocking, it piros (around the main shaft) and rolls to the left side.
i messed with torque compensation, but things got even worse.
could someone give me a clue on where to start?
thanks

How is your headspeed? Too low and it will blowout. And your tail gain? Make sure your tail is mechanically perfect and smooth. You also might try playing with witch hole in the servo arm you are using.

hi,
the tail remains locked during pitch pumps. if it was a mechanical problem or lack of gain, wouldn't it blow out?
the problem only shows up during tic-tocs and flips.
thanks.

hi, thanks for the tip. the tail doesn't blow out during pitch pumps, but only during tic-tocs. i was having a huge number of ''extreme vibration'' entries on the log and fortunately managed to reduce it to only one during last flight. i think because of that the tic-tocs are looking better now, but the heli still has a tendency to piro. the tail can't counter the main rotor torque and slowly and gradually rotates ccw. thanks again.
