Default GSR-7075-LMT : Gryphon Quasar Hyper 75V 20A HV Switching BEC

Hello all, I've installed GSR-7075-LMT with integrated switch GSB-1030P. One time, when I tried to put pin into switch the blue LED became off and after removing pin BEC didn't switch on. All LEDs on BEC and switch remains off.
No fire, no any sound.

When I try disconnect BEC from the switch and power it directly from Llpo, exactly same behaviour observed.

BEC was ordered from FastLad Performance in September.

Is damaged BEC or switch? What should I do to repair it, if so?

Thank you in advance.

I would contact where you bought it from and see about sending it in for warranty. You could try PM'ing a guy named Fabien on this Forum for questions regarding your BEC. There is not much info out on Gryphon BEC's failing because they usually don't and their customer service and warranty is excellent from what I hear...

Just received information from Gryphon:
"Your failed Quasar is LMT version, but it is an old LMT version.

The latest LMT version has a dual protection circuit."

Now waiting new one...

Default surprise

I am very surprised by the failure, it is the first one I've heard of. I have two of the quasars and one of the small ones on my warp 360 the quasars I am running on 14s with absolutely no issues they're performing flawlessly. I am also using the Griffin remote control auto booster which works awesome also. I will never buy anybody else's electronics.

May be, I was unlucky I chose Quasar on basis of its reliability, but not that one... Hope that it was just accidental and next would be better...

Default Quasar Buffer Pack

Hi,

I am a complete Newbie to the Quasar BEC. I have one and I have installed it on my 700DFC with 12s 44.4V battery. I really want to have a buffer pack to be installed in my system. Anybody got the schematics? I have all HV servos, BeastX FBL, but I am using Futaba 6107 receiver. I dont think this is a HV receiver. Is it still possible? Thanks

I'm really unlucky with my Quasar... More than month ago Gryphon service department confirmed warranty exchange damaged item and since that moment I haven't received neither BEC nor any information. All my letters remains unanswered, PMing Fabian was unsuccessful too. gryphon-mall.com still online... I would be appreciated for any advice how to get feedback from them...
