Smile Rave 90 Custom Electro Conversion

Hello,

I'm from Germany and I did an Electro Conversion of the Rave 90 ENV.

The main frame of the Custom Conversion is subdivided in an upper and lower frame. This is really good for crashing, 'cause usually just the lower frames tend to brake. They are connected through three hex spacer. Two of them are used for the battery tray. Really easy construction.

The chassis is very stiff. Stiffer than the original one. By using this conversion you save 24 srews and 160 gramms which is much.

You can set the clearance between the tooth tail drive gear and the tail boom assembly.

The battery tray is approximately 10 mm higher. This increases the roll rate and the overall performance of the Rave is better than before.

I hope that my english is not so bad.
