I spoke with Matt on the phone last night and that my friends is what a busines should be like! Matt has all his ducks lined up and is headed in the right direction! I am so happy to hear this news!!!! I got my MD800 just before all the bs started with Mike and I haven't flown it much for fear of crashing and not getting parts. I had even thought about scrapping it out and putting everything in a G770. Glad I didn't now. It's a great heli and I hope it can overcome it's tarnished name in the US. Now to get a new MD canopy!!!

Ah yes... Mike and one of his other self proclaimed "Not his fault" business failures! "Inertia gyros" he claims Spartan tried to sue him and they got nowhere with that. he seems to think he's a wise guy and laughs at the fact charges will be brought up against him soon!

Mike has been watching this page and claims he has done nothing wrong.

Good thing he is foolish enough to post false statements on FB claiming to be another legit! this is fraudulent and is a blatant attempt to scam potential buyers by luring them to his site.

The Epic Helis Facebook Page has recently been changed to MD HELICOPTERS USA as well as taken our Images from Facebook to try and represent themselves as being associated, which MIKE FORTIN is not associated in any way with us.

Yes we need to give ample caution to new Helifreaks about the the situation. Mike will likely keep trying to miss lead. Let's keep a close watch that no one be scammed by Epic and it's dependent companies that attempt to miss lead people into thinking they are dealing with the new MD channel. I'm hoping that we soon get past the Epic saga and that this forum return to being about MD helicopters.

This is a new beginning for MD owners. Looking forward to meeting many of you at IRCHA.

Epichelis.com is hosted by volusion. Email [email protected] with details of the fraudulent activity. Provide as much info as possible including any screenshots/transcripts of communications with him. Link back to any relevant threads in this forum as well. I will send them an email myself with as much info as I can find. You guys will have to do this as well though, it takes a couple reports before a host takes notice, but once they do they tend to take action pretty swiftly and the website generally gets shut down while under investigation. The host can face legal troubles as well if they allow it to continue, and it risks tarnishing their name so its in their best interests to shut it off. This is the best way to shut this operation down, the host should turn his server off pretty quickly if they get a few emails detailing fraudulent activity.
