I read that ebar only works With DSM2 satellites and not with DSMx sattelites. Is this true? Because if it is, then the DSMx satellite I just bought specifically for this thing will have to be exchanged, which is something I rather not do.

Try contacting KDS as I haven't really seen a lot of people using the Ebar. It may take a while to get a reply here

yup, only compatible with DSM2. i had this same problem. spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong.
they should really mention that in the manual somewhere!

I ended up calling Kenny at KDS and they said that it is compatible with any DSMx receiver, but if a satellite use was desired then only dsm2 works.

where do the single colored wires that comes with the Ebar plug in the receiver
i.e. black -> ELE

Black is aile, red is elev, white is Rudd. They plug into the aer port on Ebar
