Default ? for our Spektrum experts

I'm mostly a Futaba guy these days, but I do like the little DSMX satellites as a nice small and tidy solution for minis and besides, I have some Spektrum gear laying around. Getting to my question....

I have a DSMX satellite on my Mojo and I keep losing the bind between flights, seemingly randomly. Sometimes I can go through several complete power cycles of all the gear and everything is good, but then sometimes it loses its bind with the DX8 I'm using. When that happens, I have to plug it in to an AR8000 I have handy and rebind it, which is odd because I don't know why it's losing it's bind, and also, the DSMX satellite on my micro quad which needs to be rebound every time I fly will rebind without any need for plugging it into a parent RX. The only difference is that one feeds a Naze32 and the other an AlienWii.

Maybe someone can give me the lowdown on these satellites? The instructions that come with the DX8 suck in that department. Thanks.

The AR8000 has to have the exact satellite it came with, you can't for some odd reason mix and match other DSMX satellites with it. I had to go out and find a cheap DSMX receiver other than my AR8000 to bind my sat's with because of constantly loosing the bind after 3 - 5 flights.
