Default Phantom 3 carry on

Will the Phantom 3 fit into a carry on so, you do not have to check the drone in on an airplane? The Typhoon seems to big to fit into a carry on, so that will probably have to be checked.

If I were you Id call your specific airline. When I fly with my Disco I check it but carry on the batteries. However since the last time I did we had all the "hoverboards" exploding and I know there were new policies cracking down on bulk lithium batteries. I do know many of the mini race quad guys carry theirs on and get a strict "dont turn that on in here" but go through jsut fine.

I took a P3A in the hardshell backpack with 2 batteries. No issues getting through security, and fit right in the overhead. YMMV.
