Default Looses center switching from 3d back to stabile mode

I will take off from a flat level serfuce and switch to 3-d mode, even back and the quad stays level. Then I throw it in 3d and toss it around for awhile but if I use the bail out feature or switch back to stable it will drift usually to the righ.. it sometimes takes full control movements to hold it level to land.. ... anyone know a cure for this issue?

mine has done this from crashes, I replaced the gyro nad it fixed it. If you want to replace yours, join the Leap pilots group on Facebook, and I'll get you a 15% off code for align trexstore.com. send me a PM, and I'll give it to you, other wise in the file section there is a 10% off code.

I actually just replaced it due to the gyro quit connecting to my pc. So after an hour of trying every thing possible I swapped out my spare board and bam... she connected the first time so I could bind the new carbon sat. To it, and off to the Helifreak Funfly where I am now!. Still does the same thing switching from 3-d to stable.. ?..
Now switching over to 4s pack..

I would call Assurance and see what they think. Have you used the carbon sat before? maybe that is what is doing it. I was thinking bout trying one of those.

the carbon sat works great no fades no issues.. after i swapped out the board all was fine and the pc linked up first try and i was good until at the HFFF the dam thing just shut down 1 minute into a fresh 4s 2200Mah pack. And yes i set the gaines to 74% as recommended.. even though they havent mentioned the throttle gains? well it was in forward flight about 40' off the ground and came down on its lid!! I'm pissed thats thats over $300.00 in boards in a three day span?? neither from crash damage on my end. Anybody know somebody at thge company that might warranty these boards. I bought it at the LHS but they are pretty much worthless when it comes to backing what they sell. Too busy playing to spend time on the phone with there suppliers.. gonna call quest. I just paid $430.00 for it plus all the blades and booms i bought.. the canopy got splattered to..

Well I called insurance on the not holding center in stable mode and they didn't have any answers for the problem.. They said the board might be loose in the frame. (nope not it).. So when I get mixed up I just flip to save then switch right back before it flies away... lol..

YOu need to call them, and demand that you be able to send it in. Do you still have your reciept from the Gyro boards? they will want that, and you should be good. they will probably put a new one in it. I'm sorry to hear that you hare having these problems. I bought mine from Aligntrex store.com, and the owner is friends with the Head of align USA, and Assurance RC. They usually take good care of us. Try buying from them, and then if you have problems, tell assurance you bought from them ,and they tend to take good care of you. If they don't call Trexstore, and they will contact assurance and get it straghtened out for you. i'm going to have to try these new carbon sats. could you post a link for them? I'm confused, are these the new quad sats, or are they different? I think I may have lost connection once, I was flying hard, and was going full negative at the ground and my motors would not reverse, so I tried to flip over, and nothing. I even hit bail out, and nothing. It was quite a distance from me. I had to do [retty much a full rebuild.
