Default Tube vs flat arms? (Gaui Eclipse)

I'm looking at the new Gaui Eclipse, and saw that they have their freestyle version coming out in the next week or so, but also a race version with flat arms.

I like the idea of the relocatable arms, mainly cause I like customization... No clue what the different orientations do... But what do flat vs tube arms change? What makes one a racer and one a freestyle?

it's just the name they decided to call it? makes no difference when the weights are similar. it's all aesthetics.

I don't think it will have a big difference in flight characteristics

Flat arm version is far tougher and crash resistant for racing. Round arms will damage motor mounts and break arms a lot more easily. Racing needs to be tough, you crash more, due to collisions with others and impacts with obstacles.
