Hi Guys,

I just purchased a new DJI Phantom 3 Pro and have a few questions about this series.

1. Does anyone know how to interpret the Date Code on the box?

2. They list the serial numbers for the Aircraft, Camera, and the third
baffles me - The Repeater. What do they mean by Repeater, and
is it an internal part of the Aircraft, because the RC unit has yet
another serial number besides this.

3. When I purchase additional batteries do I have to insert the MSD
card with the complete system firmware (V1.6.40) to update the
new batteries firmware for each battery like I did when I first had
to update the firmware for the Aircraft, Camera, and battery that
came with it.

Being that this Aircraft is new to me, I want to make sure I do everything right the first time. Any help from you guys would be very much appreciated.

No answer to your first question

Second Question; yes. At least that has been my experience with the two batteries I've purchased. I've had to do the firmware update on them.
