Default CC3D Beginner 3 Flight mode setup-HELP!

I'm building this for a friend and cannot find anything walking me through the steps for a 3 flight mode setup. I would like Pos1 to be very tame, Pos 2 a little more aggressive and Pos 3 to be pretty quick. I'm used to the dji Naza, A2, Wookong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Flight programming for all 3 modes, PID's, and EXPO.
Thanks in advance for any links, instruction, etc.
Regards

I recently bookmarked a few videos I found helpful:

This walks you through the basic setup process:
DIY Mini Quadcopter w/ OpenPilot CC3D Wiring, Configuration, and Garage Maiden (12 min 10 sec)

This one talks about the 3 flight modes at around 5:40. Keep in mind that "Attitude" is tame while "Rate" is aggressive (allows flips)
Eachine Racer 250 Setup and test flight (18 min 44 sec)

For PID tuning this one seems helpful at 6:00. I haven't gotten to doing this yet:
Eachine Racer 250 performance modifications (12 min 38 sec)

Good luck!

1. Get the CC3D bound via Sat / PWM / PPM.

2. On the Configuration Tab. Select the Input icon and run thru the Transmitter Setup wizard.

3. Confirm that at least one of the switches responds to the flight mode.
