Zeal also sent me a replacement set of blades for my G380 that the finish sucked on. The first pair was part of that initial CNC issue with the blades not folding back in the holder. A quick email and a new set was on the way. Great customer service.

That being said, these blades may be ugly on the finish but they are awesome in the air! I'm picky to a point about my helis but the finish on the blades I can live with for the price. My SAB 380s are pristine but I don't fly them since I like the zeal's feel better.

Maybe a light clear coat and polish can help for those that are concerned?

Just look at pictures!
To be honest!
Just got replacement today. Absolutely perfect blades pair!
So... They can!

I live in Australia and have four sets of zeal blades and I'm very happy with all of them

My buddy Mark bought a pair and put them on his Raptor G4. They look great and fly fantastic!

I bought a set, and they were horrible! I mean real bad. I took them back to heliproz to have them replaced, and I got another set. They were not much better.

I started my thread here https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=675661 Zeal had helidirect send me a replacement set that was supposed to be great. Yeah they sucked too.

I have two sets of 570s and two sets of 95s that will never fly. I would rather cut a blade shape from plywood and fly those before zeals.

Wow really, and you wonder why companies go out of business.
I purchased a set of Zeal 325's and there perfect, I then ordered two sets of 430's and two sets of tail blades, geez all perfect.
I am now ordering sets for my 550's and s set for my 700.

Tried zeal 750mm blades and didnt like how they flew at all. So much flutter from low energy tricks that they sucked all the inertia from headspeed. Worse blades for flying ever.

The Zeal blades have come a long way. I think they're great blades, especially priced really well.

Tareeq seems to have great luck with them.

FWIW, I have a set of regular 255's and a set of 285mm energy blades, both flawless and perfectly balanced.

Yes, and my point is that if they work for him, they work for anyone. There's no magic blade that makes a person a superior pilot. In all reality, all of the carbon blades out there right now are pretty darn good. I happen to support Zeal, and I think they're great blades. Especially with the pricing that is less than the other brands.

If a set rail blades delaminated or broke in flight matt botos would be there. And fix the issue before some one got hurt.He takes pride in his product.Zeals are made in vietnam with no quality control.

Yes, Matt has great products, no doubt!

I think you'd be surprised if you knew what else was made in the same factory. This kind of racist image and comment have no place in our heli community.

I don't see anything here that is racist.

Fact is that Rail blades are made at Fun-Key who have been making blades for decades. Zeal are made where they make Goblins. Those people might know how to machine helicopter kits, but they obviously have their problems with rotor blades

Your assumption that they are made "in a little hootch in Vietnam with no quality control", and showing a picture of some people who appear to possibly be Vietnamese is derogatory, and racist. Your statement is rude, uncalled for, and unappreciated. Simply stating that you don't think it's racist, doesn't make it not racist.

There's only one small problem with your statement, which I agree with. "obviously have their problems with rotor blades" I'll say they "had" problems with some rotor blades.

They have sold thousands of pairs of blades and they did have a handful of issues, but the production issues have been corrected. They're a great blade at a great price.

The zeal blades on my OXY 3 are actually excellent. Good finish, perfectly balanced. Since you really are only as good as your last day in business, I am now a fan of zeals on the Oxy 3, despite my earlier comments.
