Default CC3D and gimbals controlled by Aux switch - How?

I have found a very good video on how to set up a basic gimbal on CC3D using camera pitch stabilization.

Found here:
CC3D Quick Tip - Setting up a Simple Pitch Camera Gimbal (10 min 45 sec)

I would like to setup the same, but I want to have preset pitch angles controlled by an Aux switch not in stabilization mode. I only want the camera to move when I flip a switch, not every time quad changes angles.

Can't find a "How to" anywhere. Does any one know how to do this and can you explain it in a simple step-by-step way?
