I placed an order with Prostarhobby.com my Compass parts last week. All parts within order were in stock. However, so far, no shipment yet. I emailed them about my order status but no response.

Do anyone know what is happening to Prostarhobby ?

I called them up yesterday and was told that their online parts guy left last week. So they had online order backup. They refunded my shipping charge and shipped my order yesterday.

Regarding to Compass parts, they are not sure about their roadmap. So they advised me to order Compass parts from ExperienceRC.com. In other words, they are not going to restock any Compass parts. One less online store sells Compass parts, sigh.....

Its actually not a sigh, but a good thing. The North America distributor for Compass has switched from ProStar to ExperienceRC. Experience is pledging to provide a more consistent supply of parts to us. And Experience has more sales channels than ProStar, so you may actually start seeing parts in more places.

If that is the case then it is good. For the time being, ExperienceRC does not have Compass parts as many as ProStarHobby. Hopefully, they will catch up soon.

Here in Europe it's looking grim..

All big(er) shops have dropped the Warp.

The few that remains rely on the distributor to hold stock, which they don't...not complete stock anyway

Got some parts cheap when Fast-lad and eRc cleared out

Not even Benny @hawk has all parts anymore

I hope it's because they try to get the eXo out the door...

Yep, getting parts still is no easy feat for Compass.
It's the only downfall, but the Warp is trully a gem.

Yes, and Experience RC has been getting steady parts in. The issue is that people are buying them up faster than they can arrive. Blade grip arms for the 550U/6HVU/Chronos are one of those items. They were out of stock, then in stock fer two days, and sold out the next.

Same applies for Main gears, and tail pulleys.

There are more parts on the way. Exo Kits should be coming soon too.

It is a period of changeover, and that can take a little time. Hold on, things are going to get better. These things just can't magically happen overnight.

The initial details were ironed out at IRCHA. Sebastian and crew made it a point to go over everything with Steve McFall, and gather feedback from the USA Team as well so that this transition can go as smoothly as possible. The main issue right now is getting production up to speed and parts out of the factory and into the hands of the distributor. Last week was Golden Week in China. The factory is in Hong Kong. This does affect some things in regard to production and mail shipments since it is a national holiday.

Have faith. Things are on an upswing.
