They need a constant flow, not surges. Sorry to say they'll probably never get it worked out and it'll be their demise like so many other boutique brands from long ago.

Designing, engineering and manufacturing are nothing without engineered logistical after- sales support.

Sadly I'd love a warp and the exo would be my next heli, but they'll not get my money and I won't have their helis. Real bummer Some of the nicest looking stuff around.
I have been flying Compass helis since 2012... My two Compass Atoms are still flying well even though the model has already been discontinued. I have to say that yes there have been ups and downs with parts availability over the years but I have managed to source parts whenever I need them... If not from North American dealers then from the Compass Shop based in HK or from RedgumRC based in Australia.

Note that parts for other heli manufacturers also go out of stock from time to time and it also takes some time before these are replenished. Compass have been around before I even got into helis and I am pretty sure it will be around for a long time to come.

Are you referring to RC711 as a Compass Shop Hong Kong?

No... Compass has its own shop and if you order from it the parts are shipped from HK. Direct link to the Compass Shop: http://www.shop-compassmodel.com/Electrical-Helicopter

I have ordered a few times from the Compass Shop... Never had any issues except for the longer wait times.

This Compass shop is in Hong Kong. I ordered from them once too, wait time was long and prices are higher than RC711.com. I think that RC711.com gets parts from them too.
