Default Getting 12V from two psu I need series

I was hoping some one could help me here
I have put together 2x HP DPS 1200FB A PSU to get a 24V system but would like to know what I have to do to run 12V fans and maybe a charger just on 12V

Is this possible ?

Yes, you need to tap off the charger that you did not float. Of course you need to be aware of load limits of the PSU. The fans or no issue but if you want to run a 12v charger, the load can be significant.

Default 12v supply

Ok thanks

As for load these are 1200w 100amp PSU

I don't plan on charging anything over 2C and will
Be running one only 406Duo

So should be ok?

The 406 duo will be fine. My setup uses the same PSUs powering a pair of PL8s on 24V. The Bump Controller, all fans and the USB charging port are all powered from the 12V side of the non-floated PSU.

Well I have my ice meter, psu connectors ( make the job of connecting the two psu so easy )base plate, 3D mounts for the 406 charger and laser cut deck from Coolice and all I can say is perfection
Every piece is so precise and Ian even supplied me with templates for the bottom of the case to make sure alignment was perfect

Truly amazing work he does!

Brilliant so glad you're happy with your kit of parts to build your own case and thank you for the compliment on the finish and quality of them to. It's appreciated.

Myself I am so pleased I purchased the laser cutter as it makes creating custom case's and parts so much easier going from PC screen to finished product.
