Default Align 800 maingear

Hello Helifreaks! I have a question. Strongest maingear slant version M1? Is there any? I have 3 blades on main and tail. I stripped one but the gap was to big between pinion and maingear.
I am little scared if that was not the case here. I like to fly lowrpm with this fat heavy bird. Tomorrow i will test more and make some loops and flips.

You can use the newer thicker gear on the 800E if you aren't already using it, it is 2.5mm thicker then the original gear. I haven't had any issues stripping my main gears on my 700E unless I went in under power. See the below links.

You would need to notch out two places on each frame, as seen in the pictures with the provided link. Hope this helps. You would also need the matching pinion gear, part #s are in the links.

When setting up your new gear find the high spot and set it to basically zero backlash at that point. We have had no issues with stripping them when setup like this but if you try setting them up with the paper technique or any excessive backlash, they will not last.
