I have same issue with a mini P and changed esc, fbl, rx, and thought I was good.

Went out yesterday after 3 packs = all packs cycled on hover only. went for a half a tic tok and power loss on hard collective inputs. Saved it once, flew around and all seemed ok.
climbed up to 75 ft or so and went for easy flip , as soon as nose was at 1 oclock power cut and down she came. I hit TH so I dont know if power would have came back.

Was using a yep 60 then switched to a castle 25, running 85% flat throttle, no reason for a stall but it did.

Death spiral from 50' up, probably should not have hit TH after it would not respond, just habit..lol

I have had powerdrops on my warp.
Not so many with the stock motor but the Scorpion made it realy bad and the one thing common between OP and my helis is Kontronik ESC.
I used a Jazz 55-6-18.
Changed to a Hobbywing 50A platinum Pro V3 and the problems whent away.
It was spesially when i suddenly loaded the motor up hard it dropped and slowly spooled up again.
