BaconRaygun,

No worries, I don't mind you asking anything. I forgot to mention, all the teeth are still in tact, with no evidence of a belt wearing down.
I have the esc logs. Tonight, I'll post.
That's an interesting mod. I'll keep it in mind in case I need to go that route.
Thanks!
Chris

So I uploaded a .jpeg file from my esc. There are 3 flights there. The crash was the last one. The first flight was on 6S, the second on 3S, and the last one on 3S. I have no idea why, but the log only lasted about 30 seconds and current, power and rpm are all zero. With Castle esc's, if the memory is became full during that flight would it not just overwrite the oldest date?

On another note, I loosened all the motor and pulley assembly mounting screws and was actually able to move it all back a little more. I really thought it was all the way, but a really heavy push on the bolts with a tool worked!
Now I have only about 2mm slack in the belt. I can't believe I missed that. The crash must have jarred it ahead a bit.

Looks like it was my own silly oversight all along.
The only thing left to do is go fly once I fix the broken servo horn.

Thanks for everyones help.....I feel kinda silly now.
I'll report back if I have any issues.
I've cleared the esc logs so I'm ready, just incase.
