Default Can Anyone Help Restore My Police Quad ?

I built my Police quad Based on the 'Robocat' frame and at the time I needed a way of switching the blue lights and siren on separately but as I was only using a spektrum satellite receiver on my naze32 flight controller I was having problems so I came on here for help and after a lot of discussions the solution was to enable 'servo tilt' on the board which then moved the four motors up 2 places on the header pins ie motor 1 plugged into motor 3, 2 became 4 3 became 5 and 4 became 6 thus leaving the original motor 1 and 2 to use as my two switching connections one for the lights and one for the siren and as you can see here everything worked fine.......

http://www.multi-rotor.co.uk/index.php?topic=19161.0

Now today I plugged the police quad back into cleanflight but it wouldn't connect up as it was an old version so I went into 'CLI' tab typed dump copied and saved all the settings then went back into cleanflight and reflashed the board with the latest version......
Now the problem when I first connect up I get all the different set up tabs on the left including the 'Servo' tab which is what I need to set up the lights and siren......
But as soon as I click on the configuration tab on the left then I loose a lot of the selections including my 'servo' tabs so I cant enable my lights and siren anymore ?
And when I try to spin up the motors only two spin up because the motors aren't in headers 1-4 anymore but the naze obviously still thinks they are at the moment !!
How can I tell cleanflight the motors are now in 3-6 and 1-2 are now switches like it used to know on the older version ?*
If I unplug the board then plug it back into cleanflight I get 'ALL' the tabs again but select configuration and I loose half the tabs again ?
I have tried a different Naze board and 'SPF3EVO' board all do the same.
The first attachment shows the selection I get when I first plug my board into cleanflight the second attachment shows the servo tab I need.... and the last attachment shows half the selection disappears when I select the configuration tab on the left ?

The fact that no one has replied leaves me with two possibilities......
1.Cleanflight has a program error ?
2.My laptop has a problem with Cleanflight ?
To disprove the second theory can someone running Cleanflight just plug their quad into their pc/laptop and see initially if they get all the selections on the left including 'servos' then just click on the configuration tab on the left and tell me if half the choices then disappear please like it does on mine ? Thanks

It looks like you too were bit but the "update" bug that came up with cleanflight. Youre basically just going to have to start the whole set up over again.

As to the disappearing tabs, make sure you have expert mode enabled in the top left. The GUI adds and removes features if you do not have them enabled to make it more "user" friendly
