X3 tailhub doesn't fit, X3 tailshaft is stepped down to 3mm for the hub...

But one could transplant the whole tail assembly, boom and all:


...using the beefy fleabay CFtube as an adapter for the 15mm X3 boom.


G380 head+swash works, but limits pitchrange.

I bought the Lynx swash to test - forgetting I had the 3-blade head


Maybe it's time to invest in the DS95i, my BK3005 feels a bit sloppy after the last hit.

Bad photo of the Lynx swash next to original:


It's a bit bigger - paper is 5mm squares.

Height of original ~13mm, Lynx ~13,5 and G380 ~15mm

Due to G380 swash being a bit bigger, it takes less travel before it hits the servo case.
