![]() I just setup the bump controller yesterday and updated the firmware on the both of my PL6. I'm still playing with and learning all of the features of the controller and today I charged a 6S 5amp pack that I know has a bad cell. It had been sitting for while and I may use it as a starter battery and by-pass 2 cells as I only need 4 for the starter.
When I started the charge there was one cell very close to zero volts and the charger did its thing to try to charge the battery. Very quickly the charger stopped and showed a red screen with error #52 Low Volt (Bad Pack) message but there was no audio alarm. I had the iPhone app running and it showed the same thing. Does the bump controller or iPhone app make an audio sound when any error is detected? If not why not? Last edited by Chuckie; 05-13-2017 at 01:13 PM.. |
