Some people love it, but it's more fragile than the XK K110. A lot more people have the 110 because it's a lot more durable, but not as powerful. It's a trade off.

It doesn't crash well like the K110. Also the two boards are more problem prone (ESC and RX). I'd say the servo saver mod on the K120 is a must but others may say different. I have 1 1/2 K120's. The first one burned the ESC and bent the spindle on the first minor crash. I don't hardly ever fly the new one now.

I have 2 of them, but rarely fly them. Too fragile and too much down time working on them and waiting for parts. The first week I blew the receiver on one and the ESC on the other. Lots of stripped servos, so you do the servo saver mod and have to reset the servo arms constantly and still strip some servos. Tail boom broke first light crash etc etc.

I swear you could use the K110 for a hammer and it would get less damage than a rough landing with a K120.

Don't like it much at all. The battery mount is copied from the Trex 100 and is stupid. First nose in crash and it breaks the battery connection off of the board.
I like my HCP 100s, my K100 and K110 much better!

I don't have a 120, but couldn't agree more about the 110. I've crashed it so many times and it's usually just fine. Just gets beaten up a bit when I'm trying something in 3D mode and can't pull it off.

I have both and they are both great. The 120 is way more powerful.
As far as durability goes the 120 will bend the feathering shaft ,and main shaft, break the frame where the boom attaches ,and strip the servo gears and main gear on almost every hard crash.
The 110 dosesnt have the power to do that much damage.
The boom on the 110 is not as strong so it will break instead of the frame. I dont use the 110 any more because the 120 is so much more fun to fly.
With some mods you can keep the 120 in the air .
Cut the servo horns along the spline once to ease up the grip and it will never break a servo gear again . leave the screw out of the main gear and it will spin on the main shaft and not strip , when it gets too loose put the screw back in . Just straighten out the main and feathering shafts without taking them out. Keep a bag full of main gears frames landing gear and shafts . The parts are cheap
