Default Open TX Integration?

Any future plans for Open TX integration? Because of the 3digi integration features, I have looked into a Jeti and then a Graupner. The Open TX capable radio have always looked interesting to me.

Thanks,
-Dan

No concrete plans for the near future but we have an eye on it.

Thanks Dirk!

It's nice here directly from you. I'm sure whatever is in the current pipeline will be great.

Thanks Again!

Dan

Take it in good consideration in my opinion since Frsky is putting out good products like the new M9 gimbals with hall effect sensors for Taranis, which transform a good priced TX in even more a good deal and powerful system.

I have also a X12 Horus and i can tell you you can feel the difference in precision of hall effect sensors gimbals.

So it would be a nice combo 3digi and Frsky for performance and price.

I have started working on this lau script or program for doing the 3digi integration.

https://github.com/attituderc/frsky3digi

I have not committed any code but have started trying a few things and getting the hardware together for testing and validation. Just set up the git hub today. If anyone wants to help in any capacity, let me know.

Thanks,
Brad

The Lua script is on the Tx side. How do you plan to do the integration on the 3Digi side?

We will be using the 2 way serial communication on the receivers. The 3digi already has multiple protocols to deal with this. But because of speed, I think I will have to build the menu structures and just push changes to the 3digi. It is almost the same way the spirit fbl is doing it. You may need a serial inverter on the cabling. Doing some testing this weekend. I will be writing the lua script for the Taranis, but them modifying the program for the Horus. Would love some help on the project. Already have a lot of interest.

I contacted Spirit System, because source code of published OpenTX integration scripts is clearly stolen from their integration that they have for months. Spirit FBL has OpenTX integration for long time and you are simply trying to copy it.
Good luck guys.

We will be removing that code and going in a different direction. Thanks

Update : Our team decided to rewrite the Lua code so the structures and data push the way we needed it to. Its all updated now
