Default I got charged twice!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wondering if there's a way to get my money back. I was upgrading my neo to the pro firmware and it kicked me out and said shop next to the pro firmware. I tried to run it again and it said I already did it. So I ran it a third time and it went through. I then went to my paypal and it showed that I got charged 2 separate times. Maybe my fault but how would it let me buy pro firmware twice for the same neo. Any help would be appreciated.

if mikado has a phone number I would call them. This happened to me w helidirect once bc their app bugged out on an order and they just refunded the money for one order. Im sure mikado would make it right.

When I bought the pro and rescue from Mikado, I didn't know that pro came with rescue. In the email I got about my order, there was an email address that I emailed and they took care of it. They were pretty fast about it too, less than 12 hours from the time I emailed till it was fixed. I want to say a few hours, cause there's a big difference in time zones.
