Default PL6 Data Screens

So I am enjoying my PL6 which I bought used to charge 6s packs for my G500. I have no problems charging batteries and really no complaints at all.

Its just that I would enjoy it even more if I am able to understand the data screens while I am charging a battery when I press the inc or dec button.

There are about 10 different screens. The IR screen and the voltage in each cell screen I understand.

There are no illustrations or info in the user's manual explaining what each screen's data is telling me.

Can anyone point me to a site or a post in one of the rc forums with this information?

Which screen exactly you don't understand? Basically they are self explanatory, if you keep pressing Inc or Dec button during the charge you will see how they change and you can guess their meaning. Most of the data is voltage per cell, amp charged, elapsed time, initial battery charge in percent, power supply voltage and amperage and so on...

Install the Charge Control Software from the Revo site and let us know which specifics screens you have questions on.

I think that will really complicate the issue as there are sooooo many more parameters and values displayed on the CCS screens.

JookSing I suggest you upload a pic of the screen that you are wondering about. From memory, you have the starting voltage in percent as mentioned, you have an operating screen with amps being used, current voltage, capacity charged, etc. The a screen with voltages on a per cell basis, a screen with IR's again on a per cell basis, etc. Really not complicated if you are familiar with what a charger is tracking. If not just show a pic of the screen and ask.

I was referring to the screen list as shown below. Each screen can be referenced by number and individual screens can be hidden as well. I configured my PowerLab to unhide the balancer percentage screen which is now hidden by default.

Aha! Been so long since I've used the CCW software I'd forgotten about that screen of screens

Same here, not sure what made me think of it. I really need to install CCS on my new PC and see if there are any firmware updates for my DPL8.
