Perfect tip, can save buying new arm, thank you.

Back from holiday , repaired servo, put some more new parts on, tested it and its better with stock blades. Flyable but not perfect. I have also lowered Pgane to 95. I still get this shake on spool up but after that its ok. I can enjoy this heli again but I did not get rid of the problem. One more think I will do is change the head and spindle with dampeners. If this does not resolve the problem completely then I have no idea what it is. the shaking is the motor vibration but the dolphin movement on fast flight must be some else. As I said its better now but still there.

I honestly don't think it's a vib problem causing your cyclic wobbles. The 180cfx can take a lot of of vibs without affecting flight.

Any cyclic wobbles have been worn head dampers, and or bearings. Binding swash movement, bad servos almost on their way out and worn links.
I have had blades do this also and upgraded servos. Adjusting gains too high also does this.

What do you mean by shake at spool up? Usually helis wobble, someones a lot, when spooling up until the main blades find their place.

I use std, lynx, and blue arrow servos.

Every helicopter I have owned has some type of vibration on spool up.

A resonant vibration happens at differing RPM on any spinning mass.

If you view any videos of full scale helicopters, you will see movement in the fuselage or tailboom.

You may be chasing something that cannot be balanced out.

Just the nature of these beasties.

The dolphin movement is a totally different issue, is the heli very tail or nose heavy?
Maybe try playing with the C/G position.

HW.

Std servos it comes with. 2060.

Are your tail blades new and balanced? Tail shaft bent? Bearings in tail blade grips and tail shaft ok?

One more thing I've done was new main shaft bearing and off I went to try it. Heli still shakes on spool up but when in the air all good just still a little bit of dolphining when fast flying apart of that she is flying nice.
