Hard to go past a Hobbywing 50A Ver3 or 60A Ver4.
I know the Ver 3 fits perfectly under the front Tray and has an excellent BEC so no external required. Pretty sure the 60A Ver4 is the same size with one difference being the Ver 4 cannot be Stick-programmed like the Ver 3 can be.

I have older 50 amp Castle ICE ESC's on both of my Warps.

I do not care for the stock ESC mounting position (under the top tray) as it prohibits cooling air from flowing over the ESC (I have had heat-related ESC issues with other models here in SoCal, where it can be over 100 degrees in the summer for days on end).

The receivers on my Warps are mounted in the area normally used for the ESC (receivers require no cooling). This has worked very well for me.

I did not use the internal BEC with my ICE ESC's, as the available current drops with an increase in battery voltage. On 2S it is 5 amps as I recall, but it goes down as the voltage increases and Castle could not tell me what it was on 6S (they were very nice to deal with, but did not have that particular answer).

The HobbyWing ESC's that Van Scott mentioned are extremely good, by the way.
