Tightening tail tube into Frame in X3L

How do I tighten the tail tube into the frame in the X3L? There is a diagram in the instructions showing a M2x12 screw going into the frame I think but it is not very clear. I put one on both sides but the tube is still loose. If those are not supposed to tighten the tube, what are they for and where do they go?

Maybe others that have more experience than me can add to this, but yeah it's the long 2x12 bolt in the middle that secures the tail boom.

Just put one on the left side.
