Default HH move from UK to Germany

I've just realised that HH have closed their service centre in Essex UK and now operate from Germany. I just sent my 180 motor back to their place in Essex not realising about the move. I hope it will get forwarded on to Germany. I tried phoning Germany but always get put on hold. Has anyone any info on this, do the parts get sent on and do Germany fix issues?

Just testing as I've seen no threads on this section for five days. I presume everyone is doing a lot of trouble free flying.

Well despite sending a message to HH Germany I have seen nothing of my motor or a reply from them so I have to assume there is now no support in the UK from HH.

Alan, likely no one knows the answer.

Why don't you give HH a bell. Did you put your (sender) address on the parcel?

Idk if it will get forwarded to Germany. If not it should get returned to sender but it'll probably take a little while.

Yes Germany took over warranty ect service for the areas the UK location used to now that they shut down the UK branch

I called HH Germany not a long ago and got through right away. Have you got the right number?
