Default Is CF dust really that bad for you?

I've read on many web sites that CGF dust is really bad for you. Then I read on a web site from a US based manufacturer of CF that CF dust is no worse than FG dust.

Can anyone that really knows shed some light on this?

I've been doing some CF cutting and taking some precautions, but not going crazy...

Everything is bad for you these days lol. Wear a 3m particulate mask or respirator and you'll be fine.

Have to be extra careful with CF dust if you're creating a lot of it because it's conductive. Loves to get sucked into your CPU and other electronics and short them out but you pretty much have to be machining the stuff for that to happen.

I did maintenance in a shop that machined graphite and carbon felt for high temp and semi conductor applications. Place was a death trap for electronics. Put filters on everything or put them in a filtered case but the dust would always find its way inside and short them out. Freaking nightmare
