Default Align Australia

Hi Guys.

I can't seem to find any distributor for Align here. The two that were advertising it both have no stock and seem not interested in it any more.

Do you have a dealer here (Australia). If not where is the best place to get kits and bits?

Thanks

Rccrewhobbies is the best place for align bits. They don't have many kits but do stock a large amount of spare parts. They ship quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Revolutionrc still has some stuff but is closing down once they run out of stock as you likely know

Rccrewhobbies generally buy kits as they're ordered and they're delivered very quick ~a week or two.

You could also try Ultimate Hobbies and Revolution RC.

What has been your experience , flappist, since making your original posting?

Well I just bought some blades for my 470 from rcaircraft in Bris. They seem to have a bit of gear so that is probably a good thing.

I have some gear on order with RcCrew. They had more in stock than their site indicated but the thing is (as was explained to me) the time to get something in from OS is short. As little as a week depending on the size of the total order for import. This is why they carry few kits, they can get fresh inventory in quickly so you are not kept waiting unduly and you don't get old stock. Sounds like a pretty good plan, will see how it pans out.

Ted.

Sad to see that Revolution RC website is closed down. Does any one know how to contact them?

Thanks acrow.
Most of the Mad 4 Heli parts are for the 500 X , not earlier variants and the 425 mm Carbon Fibre Main Blades are as rare as hen's teeth.

Hi guys.

The official Align regional distribution is through Hobby Hangar in NZ. They should carry more but no guarantees.

Hobby Hangar

Good luck.

The Align web site lists https://mad4heli.com/, as the Australian distributor. They are also a retailer.

See Distributors - Align.

Ahh.
That must have changed in the last few months.
Sorry to mislead.

Still, Hobby Hangar would not be right out of the picture. The favorable currency rates should somewhat offset the additional freight charges.

Cheers.
Ted.
